Soundwaves offers music educators a comprehensive program for professionally recording your band, choir, or orchestra including professionally packaged, quality CDs without the high cost of travel and recording studio time. Our packages include printed inserts with all students' names, program information and school logo or any other supplied artwork or group photo you may have. And we process and pay for all mechanical licenses!

PROGRAM 1

You purchase CDs from Soundwaves and sell them to your patrons.
Order only the amount of CDs and tapes you need. Place your order with Soundwaves after you have determined the total amount of sales to avoid any overstock. Or order extras to sell at future performances, through your website, newsletter etc. See Cost & Profit Schedule

PROGRAM 2

Soundwaves sells & delivers directly to your patrons.
Have Soundwaves take orders at your gig or concert and we’ll mail the CDs directly to your patrons. No money is collected at the performance; invoices will be sent with the CDs. ($17 each plus tax & shipping.) See Cost & Profit Schedule

COPYRIGHTS & LICENSING

Soundwaves will process the paperwork and pay all fees involved in obtaining MECHANICAL LICENSES FOR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL.

We ask that you simply provide the names of the composer, arranger and publisher for each piece being recorded (except for pieces in the “public domain”).

PROFESSIONAL GRAPHICS
Our in-house graphics artist will design and layout your CD and inserts. We can take care of the design completely or work from a program, photo or artwork supplied by you. All CDs have direct on-disc printing and 4-panel full color inserts. Proofs can be emailed to you for approval or deiting at no charge.

EASY FUND-RAISING PROGRAM
Unlike other fund-raisers, it is not necessary for each member to sell dozens of items. Your group can generate profits with just one, two, or three sales per member! (See our Cost and Profit Schedule). To promote sales, we supply customized order forms referring to your specific fundraising need. Soundwaves also provides cash awards to top sellers.

NO UNSOLD CDS OR CASSETTE TAPES!
