Recording Package Pricing
Choose from 2 complete Recording Packages for on-location recording of school groups, community groups, churches and individuals. Our engineers are currently available in these areas: CT, RI, MI (lower peninsula), OH, western PA, western WA, central KY
PROGRAM 1: You purchase CDs and sell them, with our help, to your patrons. Place your order with Soundwaves after you have determined the total amount of sales and order only the amount of CDs you need, or order extras to sell at future performances or through your newsletter, etc.
PROGRAM 2: Soundwaves sells & mails directly to your patrons.
Have Soundwaves take orders at your concert and mail the CDs directly to your patrons. No money is collected at the concert; invoices and CDs will be sent individually to those who order. Cost is $17.00 ea + tax & $4 shipping for any quantity.
We also can combine these two programs if you want some discounted bulk sales and some sent directly to patrons.
Both Recording and Production packages include: Up to two hours of on-location digital stereo recording, two hours of studio post production, full-color CD packaging designed by our in-house graphic artist (includes program, students names, and photo, if provided), CD-duplication, fund-raising order forms and materials, and very importantly, the processing and payment of mechanical licenses for all copyrighted materials performed on your CD.
Both packages are FREE for orders of 75 or more CDs! YOUR PROFITS BEGIN WITH SALES OF 100 TOTAL UNITS. Our CD Sales Contest can help you get there!
Packages cost $475 for orders of 30 to 49 CDs, $375 for orders of 50-74.

Additional Options
- Your recording can be a compilation of two or more concerts or sessions to produce a “best of” or “audio yearbook” collection of the year’s recordings.
- Extra two hour recording sessions including studio mix & mastering and sample CD are $395.
- Multi-track recording available: 8 trks, add $100/ 16 trks add $150 / 24 trks add $200
- Additional Studio or On-Location Time billed at $68 per hour. ($17 per quarter hour.)
- Reorders Always available. Add reorder quantity to your original order quantity to find your accumulated total, then see chart above to find your new and possibly lower price for CD reorders.
- Double CD add $5.00 for each CD.
